Firefighters ride from LA to NY for 20th Anniversary of 9-11
We will travel over 3,300 miles in 40 days, traveling through 14 states.
15 active and retired firefighters from California, Washington, and Colorado will ride across the country in remembrance of those who lost their lives and were impacted on that fateful morning almost 20 years ago.
Representing Los Angeles County Fire Dept., Los Angeles Fire Dept., Coronado Fire Dept., San Francisco Fire Dept., Central Pierce Fire & Rescue, Central Kitsap Fire & Rescue, Renton Regional Fire Authority, Bellevue Fire Dept., Kittitas Valley Fire & Rescue, Marinwood Fire Dept., and Ventura County Fire Dept.
Fire Velo and NW Fire Velo would like to thank all the sponsors of the 2021 Ride For America cycling event. It is because of your generosity and kindness the ride was a success for our four charities.
